Our policy is valid for 30 days. We cannot offer you a refund or exchange if 30 days have passed after your purchase.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it to be eligible for a return. It has to be in its original box as well.
We have the right to refuse your refund if your return item comes without the original packaging or is judged unsuitable by our inspection team for any reason.
